1. Scope and Participants

These Terms of Participation apply to the No Pain No Brain Challenge (“the Challenge”), organized by D3N3CK3 Labs.
The Challenge is aimed at young people between 14 and 20 years old who wish to develop digital skills, discipline, and self-leadership.
Participation is free of charge and voluntary.

2. Purpose and Services

The Challenge provides:

  • a 3 month online learning and community experience,

  • weekly topics and tasks shared via Discord and Instagram,

  • optional video calls and feedback sessions,

  • mentoring, community moderation, and educational resources.

There is no entitlement to specific results, success, or certification.
The organizer may adjust the schedule or content at any time for educational or organizational reasons.

3. Schedule

Start: 1 December 2025
End: 28 February 2026
 Communication channels: Discord, Instagram, optional video sessions.
Weekly updates and tasks are announced in Discord.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants commit to:

  • respectful and supportive communication,

  • no bullying, discrimination, or harassment,

  • no sharing of private information (addresses, phone numbers, etc.),

  • no illegal or inappropriate content.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate exclusion from the Challenge without further notice.

5. Parental Consent and Youth Protection

Participants under 18 years must submit parental or guardian consent before the start of the Challenge.
The organizer reserves the right to verify consent.
Discord moderation follows youth protection guidelines; inappropriate content or contact between minors and adults is not permitted.

6. Data Protection

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By registering, participants (and parents, where applicable) consent to the use of data as described therein.

7. Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
The organizer assumes no liability for:

  • technical problems or service outages (Discord, Instagram, Stan Store, etc.),

  • content shared by participants on their own social-media accounts,

  • personal or emotional outcomes.

Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

8. Cancellation / Withdrawal

Since participation is free and not bound by contract for payment, participants may withdraw at any time by leaving the Discord server or notifying the organizer.
The organizer may cancel or terminate the Challenge for important reasons (e.g. misconduct, legal issues, force majeure).

9. Refunds

There are no payments and therefore no refunds.

10. Changes and Final Provisions

The organizer may modify these Terms if necessary for legal or technical reasons.
Changes will be announced in the Discord #announcements channel.
Should any clause be invalid, the remainder remains effective.
