I’m Steve.
Teacher at heart. Founder in the making.
Someone who believes deeply in young minds — and who’s ready to guide, support, and challenge you to build the thing that only you can build.
…born in Germany, shaped by curiosity, and fueled by the belief that learning is meant to liberate, not limit.
I studied mathematics, economics, and law because I wanted to understand how the world works beneath the surface: how people think, how systems behave, how ideas turn into reality. That curiosity eventually led me into teaching — more than ten years in classrooms in Turkey, Germany and later China.
Over those years, I saw something that changed me.
Brilliant kids hiding behind “average” grades.
Quiet minds building games at night.
Teenagers experimenting with AI long before adults understood what it even was.
I realized the problem wasn’t their ability.
It was the system around them — a system that measures compliance instead of creativity, memory instead of courage.
So I made a decision.
I’m leaving the traditional school system to build something that reaches beyond a classroom:
a challenge that gives young people the space to create, fail, learn, and build real things that matter.
No worksheets.
No permission slips.
Just action, curiosity, and proof-of-work.
Why?
Because grades don’t predict your future.
But what you build does.
The things you try.
The problems you solve.
The resilience you cultivate when no one hands you the answer.
That’s what this challenge is for — a place where young people can learn how to grow without dependency. A place where they can become the kind of creators the world actually needs.
